LES MIS PART I SUMMARY

     While reading Les Mis I learned that Monseigner Bienvenu tried to do everything good but he still didn't fit in with others. This makes me think that you don't have to be rich or popular in order to succeed in life.  Succeed means to me that you are trying everything to get what you want.  I think that Monseigner Bienbevenu is a great person and that he deserves to be the best because he is capable of doing what he wants.

     Another thing I find interesting while reading Les Mis is that Monseigner is a very helpful person. When old or young, rich or poor come to his house he always helps them and gives the what they need. He also devotes an hour of meditation to help himself and others.  I think that everyone that lived around him would always thank him for what he has done to others.
     A last thing that I'm learning from the book is that Monseigner Bienvenu wants to see people succeed than to see them falling. He wants to admire and help people who need motivation.  Also, he thinks that Napoleon is too powerful enough to help others.
